TRAINING

I work as a Trainer using non-formal education methodologies. Non-formal education is experiential learning that may or may not happen in the classroom. If formal education is what happens in the classroom, aformal education is what happens at breaktime (knowledge passed from one person to another, in telling stories, sharing, socializing). I work with both youth and adults. 
Apart from coaching one-to-one, I also work with groups or teams, offering workshops and trainings to diverse groups of people, such as corporate professionals, women groups, the unemployed, vulnerable groups such as refugees and asylum seekers, young adults, teenagers, even children. 

From time to time I organize my own trainings or worskhops that I offer as a freelancer Trainer. I also have long-standing collaborations with various entities in the governmental, semi-governmental, non-governmental and private sectors. Some examples of past collaborators are:

2019 - Attending PwC Academy’s Graduation Ceremony for the ‘Diploma for Professional Coaches and Mentors’, on behalf of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, Cyprus, where I serve as the Vice President (2019-2020).
